The existing house at 224 Glynn Ave was damaged by a fire that originated in an adjacent under construction semidetached. We are replacing the existing single family building with a 2 storey 1,500 sqft single family home combined with a secondary dwelling unit. The owner would like a traditionally designed exterior with a modern interior. The house has living room, dining room, kitchen, eat-in, powder room with laundry and entry on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and 2two bathrooms, The basement will have a roughed in washroom, family room and bedroom. The secondary unit is 280 sqft with a kitchen, open living spce, 3 pc bathroom, sleeping loft and study space. Preliminary drawings have been completed.
