All Saints Church located on Laurier Street East has been acquired for development. This is a heritage site. There is an intention to have the site rezoned. Development on the site will likely be restricted to the east side of the lot. There are 2 10 storey apartment buildings on the north side of Laurier with other 3 storey buildings surrounding the site. Any development needs to respect the sight lines to the church and the massing of adjacent properties. This option respects many of these principles.
