City Villages

Areas designated as R4 in the City of Ottawa Zoning Bylaw are generally able to accommodate a small 6 unit or larger apartment building depending on site size. In some cases small sites can only accommodate a duplex or a 2 unit semi-detached building. You could live in a unit and rent the others or you could own the building as an equity cooperative or condominium with others.
