COSTS
Costs will vary based on the building location, quality of interior and exterior finishes and the number of people involved in a project. Our team has extensive experience in completing infill projects on time and on budget.
You can expect that the cost to purchase or rent will be very similar to current condominium and apartment rental costs. Operation and maintenance costs will be less than the usual condominium fees because we build to better energy and water usage standards. Other projects charge extra for these features and we do not.
CONSTRUCTION
We use industry standard construction techniques in innovative ways and designs to reduce costs and attain high levels of sustainability.
Ease of construction and operation are a result of designing both the building spaces and building details so that contractors are able to use traditional building methods and do so very competatively.
