We focus on infill construction and renovation project design and management. By engaging us to complete your project, you will be moving into an established neighbourhood with existing services. Unlike the new urban infill communities like Zibi, LeBreton Flats or Greystone, you will not be living in a construction zone after your building is completed. However, the character and features of your building will be on par or exceed the sustainabilty features of these new projects. The partners in City Villages have 35 years of experience in the design and construction of low energy use buildings. Generic and site specific concepts have been developed for various lots designated as Residential or Mixed Use.
