City Villages

This building was built in Sandy Hill in the fall of 2014 and occupied in the spring of 2015. There are three units: a small one bedroom (600 sqft), a two bedroom (1,200 sqft) and a one bedroom (900 sqft). Each unit ocupies one floor and has a large outdoor space. The building is designed to be very energy and water efficient.
