City Villages

City Villages has an extensive suite of small home designs that fit the requirements of a Coach House under the proposed City of Ottawa Draft Bylaws. These designs include everything from a 300 sqft studio unit to more extensive 500 and 700 sqft one and two bedroom units. Most of these can be constructed as modular to reduce the construction impact during installation or can be built on site. Custom designs con be done for almost any site. Where a coach house may not be permitted an attached secondary unit may be possible and offer more options, such as 2 storeys which are not permitted as a Coach House, other than by an application to the Committee of Adjustment for a minor variance.
